They are trying to get you to subscribe to the magazine. You do get a free issue. BUT YOU MUST CANCEL IT. It's going to cost you whatever the going rate of a first class stamp to do that. If you don't cancel it, they can charge you and cause you all kinds of pain. It can damage your credit rating.
they probably had it worded in small print that you would get a trial issue and then if you didn't cancel it would automatically start your subscription. Can you find the hidden picture of the company screwing you? haha I'd just cancel it by calling or emailing them
Don't pay. They will stop sending the magazine. They can't do anything else.

I subscribed but never sent payment, they sent 2 issues and now I got a letter from a collection agency regarding this unpaid magazine subscription. I am not interested anymore 1st bec my child can get those off the internet and second bec I'd rather spend my $24 on food (bec of the economy, priorities have to change). They were little yellow cookies that you put almond wings on, and then painted a few stripes on the back in cinnamon. I loved those cookies, and want to make them again. What color highlights should I put in my hair? Also, what style should I get my hair cut in? :)?
Hey guys! So... for a back-to-school present, after I get my hair styled my mom is letting me get my hair professionally highlighted! ^_^ I need your opinions! I'm going to a new school, so I want to look amazing.

Your hair is pretty! But I would Get a couple inches cut off, and get it extremely layered and choppy! And I would recommend like a bright blonde for your highlights. =]

You could get electric blue. It doesnt suit many people. but it can look amazing if it suits you. And i think dark brown hair would go well with electric blue. Im not just guessing by the way... i know couple of people with electric blue streaks and one of them has dark hair and it looks amazing.

I really like your hair!! It is so pretty and shiny!!
But if you need a change, you could get a trim and layers, it seems to already be dark brown, and black highlights are not a good idea. Black highlights dont usually look good on people, they look to gaudy. lol. Unless you do black chunks. You could just go with a differents shade of brown highlights that would look pretty. :)

I really like your hair!! It is so pretty and shiny!!
But if you need a change, you could get a trim and layers, it seems to already be dark brown, and black highlights are not a good idea. Black highlights dont usually look good on people, they look to gaudy. lol. Unless you do black chunks. You could just go with a differents shade of brown highlights that would look pretty. :)

and if you want your fringe on the side your going to have to cut it more to the side so it grows out that way.

Pink works best on prelightened hair. It should be light blonde if you want it to show up. There are a few lines out there that have bright pinks. The only problem is that they wash out really fast because they are semi permanent not permanent hair color.
Be prepared to redo the pink pieces every 4 weeks if you want to keep the color vibrant.
I woulds also go for a couple of large chunks instead of smaller pieces because they will show up more.
Maybe you can do a chunk at the nape of your neck to see how much you like it. Pink is fun and will work well on lighter hair like yours.

just beware that your hair might come out to be really damaged after that because dying your hair that bright will take a while to do and it kills your hair, but ask your hair stylist if they can put some sort of conditioner on it before so that theres a chance that your hair wont get damaged as much. and after getting your hair highlighted, ask your hairstylist for a conditioner or some sort of product that you can put on daily so that your damaged highlighted hair can somewhat be repaired
be aware that hair is extremely fragile and its going to start breaking off... i have dyed my hair plenty of times, and colors to know.
pink can be tricky so if you can afford a stylist, go to one. Find out from people who've used that salon first before going. it's terribly easy to go to someone bad when you could have done it better yourself. if you do do it youself separate the hair and do't do too many pieces or you could look really wierd. Be VERY careful with your bangs its too easy to screw that up.
Before you die your hair, remember that it contains hundreds of chemicals that can ruin your hair.
i have dyed my hair many time with almost every color there is and its good most of the time to maybe have someone there with you in case something goes wrong,also it helps if you want to highlight the back of your head to cause the one thing that you must not do is go over the same highlighted hair twice thats a big NO NO. also make sure to after doing it use good conditioner and hair products so that your hair doesnt become very damaged.

Are your eyes Green? I think you should go to a level 6 Copper Gold. with lots of blonde highlights. Shorten your hair about 2-3 inches lots of layers. Face frame... Color will make your eyes ';pop';

I'm looking to get my hair cut and colored for my birthday next month. I'm about to highlight my hair with a home highlighting kit (Hi-Lites from Boots), I've done it plenty of times, so I'm used to the process. However, tomorrow is my year 11 leavers prom and I'm going to be going to the hairdressers to have my hair styled. I will be having it in curls which will require hot tongs or straighteners. I'm out of the loop! I hate keeping up with coloring my hair so I just don't but I'm getting married and wanted something different. Salon style highlights...?
I don't have time to go to a salon how can i get salon style results at home if i need a perm and high lights? And do i add highlights before or after perm? Will my hair fall out?Salon style highlights...?
OMG!! i would never try this yourself!! most of the box kits for perms are not good for your hair, and really easy to screw up!
your best bet is to set aside time to get it professionally done, trust me!!Salon style highlights...?
It is actually not recommended to do both at the same time, it is very harsh on your hair. you should wait at least a couple in between processes. You hair could possible turn a totally different color if you color right after a perm. I would probably color first, then a couple weeks later perm. Good luck

your best bet is to set aside time to get it professionally done, trust me!!Salon style highlights...?
It is actually not recommended to do both at the same time, it is very harsh on your hair. you should wait at least a couple in between processes. You hair could possible turn a totally different color if you color right after a perm. I would probably color first, then a couple weeks later perm. Good luck

How should I style my hair? Should I get highlights?
My hair is a little above my chest, it is brown. Currently I have bangs. My bangs go a little below my nose. My hair is wavy, and curly. It isn't THAT curly, unless it gets wet and I let it air dry. i have just had my hair done with a small hairdressers, never again. i had quite long hair and wanted it cut to my shoulders and now its justwhere my ear line starts, the colour she put on is awful, it was a chesnut brown and it turns a ginger colour in the sun. I have found a PROFFESIONAL! Yes it can be done all in 1 day. For a professional cut, color, and highlight- you will be looking at roughly $60 for the style/cut, $45 for the color, and $25 - $30 for the highlights.
You can do the color/ highlights now just to see if you like the way it comes out and if you want to spend any more of your money there. If you like it and all is well, go back for the style/cut the following week or so after the color/highlights has had a chance to settle in.I want my hair coloured al over highlighted and styled, can all this be done on the same day?

NO. They look unnatural and weird. If you want highlights, get a weave that looks natural and nice.
Only if you want to show up a specific area of your face or hair. other than that they just end up looking tacky and when its time to do over the color it look horrible as the highlights are chunkier!
i dont like them and you will get bad regrowth which doesnt look very good i suggest you go for a higher amount of thinner ones and i would only go a few shades lighter not like blonde or nething if you have dark hair already

Blondish hair when I was a baby. Hair turned a med-brown color with ash tones as I got older. In mid-thirties now. My hair is somewhat wavy. It straightens well with a flat iron. It curls but won't hold a curl for very long with a curling iron or curlers. I tried a couple of perms in the 80's but ended up looking like a poodle. When it rains I have some uncontrollable waves. During the dry days of winter my hair is straight. I have lots of hair but the hair strands themselves are somewhat thin. My eyes are med-brown. My face is oval. I have a prominent nose, large eyes, full but subtle lips. I'm a cross between Jennifer Lopez (face shape) and Gloria Estefan (nose), if you can picture that! I'm 5'2 and in shape. I work out at the gym daily so need a style that is easy to manage. My hair is currently about 2 inches below shoulders in layers. I would love to let it grow some more or keep the current length. The expense comes from the extra time your stylist need to do your hair. Weaved generally take longer as they are trickier to do. If you have a lot of hair, and are using more highlights in your weave, then that would cost more as well..I would go get a colour consult from a reputable salon and see what they say. I don't think highlights will ever go out of style just because it adds dimension to some peoples hair. Now maybe the TYPE of highlight you got might be ';going out of style'; just because society is going towards a more natural look thus you need something to complement you all around and chunky highlights aren't that natural.

For example, when I was recently in the Caribbean where only US TV channels were available, on every single day of the week there was a report of a school 'lockdown' caused by some sort of reported incident, many by suggestions of possible guns in the vicinity.
In the US school students are no longer allowed to take anything into school that may contain any sort of weapon i.e. even a small handbag, and this is policed by private Security guards, who are obviously not too bright as while we were there it was one stopped a female student who was carrying a handbag and told her that she was not allowed to bring any bag at all into school unless she was on her period!
This shows the ridiculous lengths the US now has to go to
protect people against the guns that they can 'legally' carry.
This is, I believe, the 1st incident of it's kind in Finland despite the relatively high gun ownership.
And, of course, the stringent gun laws here in the UK did not prevent the Hungerford incident.
The NRA will never go away...and 'You'll have to pry my gun from my cold dead fingers'.
In the UK the Yobs have guns and don't bother about whether it is legal or not. Gun laws are a joke. Our gun laws spoilt it for the serious sportsman and did nothing to stop gun crime. If anything it is worse now.
