What Color/ Style Highlights should I Get?

Hi, i'm looking to highlight my hair. Right now its dark brown at medium length %26amp; wavy. Do you have any ideas as to what color/ highlight style I should do? ( I plan on doing this at home).

well i think it depends on what style hair you are looking for. i think the 2 and 3 ones resemble a scene highlighted hair. (just becus of how the streeks are put it in, very dramatic) i think the 1 one is more natural but still unique ( # 1 is my pic)What Color/ Style Highlights should I Get?
I really love the first picture. If you have dark hair, it would look great because they're not too drastic for a change. Go subtle at first, because you don't want to not like your hair you know? I was thinking about doing highlights too %26amp; now that I've seen the picture, I might keep it in mind too! :)
