Are highlights in or out of style?

I have long brown hair and I just got blondish highlights, kinda chunky - just for a change. Do you think that is out of style. I know it's too late, but just want some opinions. Thanks!Are highlights in or out of style?

I don't think highlights will ever go out of style just because it adds dimension to some peoples hair. Now maybe the TYPE of highlight you got might be ';going out of style'; just because society is going towards a more natural look thus you need something to complement you all around and chunky highlights aren't that natural.
they look nice but go for originality! don't just do everything other people do.


i don't know if highlights are really a style though. lots of people have them :/
