also, i have excema on my scalp. is it ok to get highlights?How much would a wash, cut, style and highlights cost at visible changes??
Highlights are done with bleach which could irritate your excema but if the stylist does it right and keeps the bleach only in the foil packets then you should be fine! But sorry I do not know what Visible Changes is....but Im assuming it is a chain salon of some sort?? If so....cut $30 and partical high-light 35-45....plus tip....if it is a higher end chain salon look at adding about $20 to both the cut and color!How much would a wash, cut, style and highlights cost at visible changes??
