You could get some dark brown/black lowlights and also get some highlights put in with a new cut. The lowlight and highlights make the color that is put in look more natural. And it is fun :)
You should cute your hair short. A little bit below your shoulders. And get some light brown/blonde highlights. I will look a little drastic but I think it would look cute.
I think it's hot if you go with an aqua theme. Completely dye your hair with different blues and purples or greens. Good Luck
omg you would look so good with white high lights ! and make your hair in wavy supermodel curls (big curls) that would really look great !
