What is hot right now is some rust color. It will add a little contrast to the dirty blonde without making you stand out.
um...maybe you should get it layered and may be some brown or black highlights.

your so lucky i want bangs, when my hair gets short it gets curly.thats want happen when you mix nappy hair w/ straight hair u get my hair. lol oh well*sigh*

I think and light kind of color would go good for high lights.
