What kind of highlight style will fit?

I want some bright blonde highlights but NOT TOO MUCH..


and no highlight on my top layers


only bottom..where my length is. But in your opinion?

for your haircut, I would do chunky assymetrically placed highlights. Your hair is dark, so you may end up cutting it again if your going really light.What kind of highlight style will fit?
bright blonde could easily look tacky. try a color closer to your existing hair color like a dark chestnut
Oh wow, you're pretty! Blonde highlights would look so cute! Definitely get just maybe a couple of very thick, bold ones on your bottom layer on one side... sort of like avril levigne, I think that would look really cute. Here's a pic, but obviously shorter and blonde:
